Educate health professionals on the top three reasons why youth use electronic smoking devices (ESDs).
Educate the public on the health implications in youth vaping.
Address the youth vaping epidemic with health professionals and community leaders.
Discuss potential health impacts of vaping and recent changes in ESD technology that increase the vulnerability of youth to ESD use and nicotine addiction.

Understanding the clinical pharmacology of nicotine provides a basis for improved nicotine dependency prevention and treatment. This course will help tobacco cessation coaches and specialists, nurses, medical and behavioral health practitioners gain profound knowledge of the addiction process and tools to support clients to quit smoking.
This training will focus on building and strengthening leadership skills for mid-level supervisors. Participants will learn what makes an effective leader and techniques for managing work that help support supervisors.
