Learn essential skills for improving indigenous public health systems through 3 in-person workshops on policy development, program planning and evaluation, and budgeting. Sessions will include presentations, case studies, group work, discussions, and applied projects to improve your understanding of:

  • The process of developing and writing policies in Indian Country and examples of policies that can target improvements in community health

  • How to determine and measure the right indicators for program planning and evaluation

  • How to develop and monitor a program budget
