Instructor: 
Ernest P. Schloss, PhD is an assistant professor in the section of public health policy and management at the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health and the Administrator for Clinical Coordination and Planning in the Office of the Vice President for Health Affairs at The University of Arizona. Dr. Schloss has over 35 years of experience in health care, management and education in public agencies, hospitals, long term care, behavioral health, and ambulatory care facilities. He has worked in both the public and private sectors. His executive positions have included serving as the executive director of a non-profit community health planning agency, the vice president of planning and marketing at University Medical Center (Tucson), and outcomes evaluation leader for Tucson Medical Center. He also has been an organizational consultant, trainer, and facilitator, specializing in the areas of:
